Ouseburn Open Studios returns this weekend, with eight venues across the valley offering a rare glimpse into the working world of more than 200 studio artists.
Celebrating its new contemporary craft space, The Biscuit Factory gallery will be full of artists and makers at work. Enjoy watching the processes and skills that go into making; from miniature realist painting (with Hazel Mountford) and resin sculpture (with Anthony Crammen) to pit fired raku pottery (with Muddy Fingers Pottery).
On the menu at The Factory Kitchen
If you need to refuel during your visit to the gallery, pop into our cafe on the first floor for a spot of brunch, lunch or cake, as well as our seasonal selection of alcoholic hot chocolates, mulled wine, liqueur coffees and wintry cocktails.
You can also enjoy our newly expanded space, with panoramic views over the Ouseburn, and shop our selection of foodie inspired books, handpicked by independent bookshop Forum Books & Kids.
Ouseburn Open Studios takes place this Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 November 2017, from 10am to 5pm on both days. For more details visit www.ouseburnopenstudios.org
