Introducing DIGESTIF

It’s time to get acquainted with our brand new in-house publication…

Last week, we officially unveiled the first issue of DIGESTIF – our new in-house bi-annual publication.

The first magazine is  the ‘getting to know us’ issue, so as you would expect, it tells you a little bit more about us – from our recent revamp to our exciting plans for the future.

Inside, you’ll find details of our upcoming Supper Clubs, plus an interview with our head chef Michael Waugh, who – in case you didn’t know – has worked at some of the region’s top restaurants and has staged at far-flung gastronomic destinations such as Noma in Copenhagen and El Celler De Can Roca in Girona.

We also share our popular butternut squash recipe together with some of our favourite kitchenware picks from The Biscuit Factory gallery. We also chat to local author Faye Hanson, who illustrated our beautiful new menu covers.
